We had a bad ant problem outside and inside the house, several wasp nests and carpentar bees. The first time Matt and Erik came out for the ants and wasps. They were very friendly and reassuring because I was concerned about spraying with having a 2 year old. They sprayed inside and outside and we also had the entire yard treated. The wasps were taken care of and they haven't returned. The ants outside were taken care of and we thought they were all gone inside. About 3 1/2 weeks later some ants returned in a bathroom and they came back out to spray again at no charge. It was explained that sometimes they have to try a different product. So far the ants have stayed away. I called again on 8/18 because we discovered carpentar bees in the garage. They came out later that day and took care of the problem. So far so good....no bees.

We noticed some mouse droppings in our kitchen this morning, so I called a few exterminator companies. I spoke to Brad, told him about the droppings and a ground bee issue we also had, and he said he could come between 1-2pm. Brad and Eric from Advanced came at about 1:30 (right in their stated time slot, a mere 3 hours after I first called). They were professional, courteous and friendly. They assesed the mouse problem and looked around the rest of the house for any other signs. They figured out the likely source, laid out poison and recommended some steps we could take to keep them out in the future. As for the ground bees, they sprayed in the location that we'd seen them but then also sprayed all around the house in other locations that insects are likely to make their homes and/or enter ours.

Advanced Maintenance and Pest Solutions came out to our condo building to assist with a mouse challenge. The team inspected the units that opted into this service. The inspected and treated each unit completely. They alerted us that it will take two to three weeks to have our "desired results." The team also inspected common and outdoor areas of the building.

Advanced Maintenance and Pest Control in Chciago has provided us with excellent service over the past month in helping us rid our house of unwanted rodents. They have been very responsive, knowledgeable, detailed, respectful and honest at all times. We have especially enjoyed dealing with Eric, who has been outstanding. Matt & Erik were able to come out and treat our home just a few days after I first found & called about carpet beetles found in our basement. They called the day of the appointment to let me know they were on their way, and showed up right on time. They answered all my questions about carpet beetles, were very knowledgeable, and gave me good suggestions for keeping them from spreading further. The treatment was fast and barely noticeable afterward. I would have them back for any future pest problems without a doubt.

I liked them. They took care of the issues. They were nice and professional. When they were here the attic door flew open and my cat got into the wall by going upstairs and into the attic. They came back and they were not able to find the cat but the cat was found later by a contractor and the cat was just fine. The attic door was defective and Advanced Maintenance and Pest Solutions, LLC was not at fault with my defective door.
