Commercial Pest Control Program:

We would like to offer a commercial pest control program for regular service. All treatments and provisions will be provided by a technician certified and licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Any and all pesticides will be applied in a manner to minimize the risk of substance and/or human contamination.
Any and all procedures conducted by Advanced Maintenance Solutions are approved and recommended by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

1- Establish a rodent and insect abatement program; this includes applying rodent baiting stations, setting multiple monitoring stations.

2- Assist in provisions to the storage and operation habits of the facility in order to minimize or eliminate insect and rodent harborage.

3- Provide the establishment with a current pest control log book for the business which will include current license documentation, current insurance documentation (both are held with the Illinois Department of Public Health), MSDS sheet of chemicals used in the facility, and documentation of any services performed on the property for inspection and treatment purposes.

4- Establish an insect abatement program that will include the treatment of cockroaches, ants, fruit flies, and other common insects that commonly infest commercial establishments.

5- Follow up treatments and inspections will be conducted on a monthly basis.
